Incentiv Bridge

The Incentiv Bridge lets you move supported assets between Incentiv and connected networks through an interface operated by Incentiv.

Open Incentiv Bridge

Transfer assets to or from Incentiv.

Bridge Explorer

Track the status of a bridge transfer.
Always use the official URLs shown above. Check the selected token, source network, destination network, recipient address, and estimated fees before confirming a transfer.

Supported assets and networks

The bridge currently supports the following routes:
Available routes may change. The token and network selectors in the Incentiv Bridge show the routes currently available for transfer.

Bridge an asset

1

Open the bridge

2

Select the asset and source network

Choose the token you want to transfer and the network where you currently hold it.
3

Connect your wallet

Connect the wallet that holds the asset on the source network.
4

Choose the destination

Select the destination network. Either the source or destination must be Incentiv.
5

Enter the transfer details

Enter the amount to bridge. To send the asset to a different wallet, enable Receive to Another Address and carefully verify the recipient address.
6

Review and confirm

Review the route, amount, recipient, estimated completion time, and fees. Select Bridge, then approve the transaction in your wallet.
7

Track the transfer

Follow the transfer in the Incentiv Bridge Explorer until it is complete.

Bridged token contracts on Incentiv

Use the contract address—not only the token name or symbol—to verify an asset on Incentiv.

Settlement times

Transfer time is dominated by how long the bridge waits for the source chain to be safe from reorganization, plus delivery time on the destination. That means the direction of travel matters far more than the amount or the asset.

Into Incentiv

Out of Incentiv

Outbound time is effectively the same regardless of destination: it is set by Incentiv’s own 10-block (~53 second) confirmation wait plus delivery overhead, not by the receiving chain.

What to expect

  • Most transfers settle well inside the times above. Measured across recent live transfers, outbound delivery had a median of ~76 seconds and a 90th percentile of ~98 seconds.
  • Occasionally a transfer takes much longer. During relayer incidents, delays of up to a few hours have been observed. These transfers still complete — funds are not lost, and the message stays queued for delivery.
  • Do not resubmit a pending transfer. A delayed transfer will settle on its own. Sending again creates a second, independent transfer.
Check any transfer’s status in the Incentiv Bridge Explorer.

Before you confirm

  • Keep enough of the source network’s native token to pay the source transaction fee.
  • Confirm that the destination network supports the selected asset.
  • Check the recipient address if you are sending to another wallet.
  • Review the amount and fee estimate shown in the bridge.
  • Avoid closing the wallet confirmation before the source transaction is submitted.

Transfer status and support

Use the Incentiv Bridge Explorer to check a transfer’s status. If a transfer remains pending longer than expected, keep the source transaction hash and bridge transfer identifier available when contacting Incentiv support. Do not submit the same transfer again until you have confirmed the status of the original transfer.
